The Conference will analyse the importance of the right partners - be it investors, managers, key employees, advisors or business partners and co-owners - for the creation and growth of successful businesses. Expert panels will analyse the interaction, and the conflicts, between individual entrepreneurs and strong teams, and elaborate on the opportunities and risks in looking for and bringing on board the right partners. The conference will also address what lawyers should consider when advising entrepreneurs who are considering reaching out to the right partners for growing their businesses.

Marco Rizzi acts as programme co-ordinator and co-chair of the "incentivising talent" panel.
